Not publish Baba’s photo in newspaper

Note: This letter is only for those who have reverence for Guru and try to follow His guideline.

Namaskar,
DC Dada submitted Baba’s photo to newspaper editors so it could be published in their paper. When many margiis raised the concern that it is against the sanctity of Ista to print His photo in the newspaper, then DC Dada invented his own theory to justify what he did. Please read the following.

Dadaji wrote: "When Baba fought with top level administration when He was put in jail, and came out victorious, the whole media wanted to know about Him. and also common people. Baba's contributions to humanity in innumerable fields made Him a mystery and so it was natural the people, especially intellectuals would become curious about Him. So He was approached to allow to print His photograph in Prout in Nutshell series, which was to be printed and after due consideration."

My response to Dadaji


As everyone is aware, Baba came out of jail in 1978 and the Prout in a Nutshell series was published in 1987 - a nine year gap. So Dadaji is terribly mixing up two vastly different incidents and time periods. Yet he is talking as if he is an expert on this matter.

All in all, it seems that Dadaji has no idea what he is talking about. He is trying to portray himself as being someone very knowledgeable and great, but the exact opposite has happened. Because Dadaji has made a grave error again and again by repeatedly submitting Guru’s photo to the newspaper editors for publication, thereby undermining and spoiling the sanctity of Guru's image.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "You shall protect, in all respects and at all costs, the dignity of your treasures and the sanctity of your flag, of your emblem, and of the pratikrti [photo] of Márga Guru.” (1)

Per Caryacarya, Dadaji should admit his mistake, apologize, and ask for punishment.

Caryacarya guides us, "...If there is even a little fault in you, you should keep your mouth closed and accept it all, and you should thank the person for pointing out your fault and ask for punishment." (2)

Ananda Marga philosophy says, "Due to carelessness, if any mistake has been committed unknowingly or unconsciously, one must admit it immediately and ask for punishment." (3)

It is sad that thus far Dadaji has been unwilling to admit his mistake of giving Baba’s photo for publication in the newspaper. For this he should come forward, apologize, and ask for punishment.

Note 1: True Ananda Vaniis have a number whereas Fake Ananda Vaniis do not - just as a fake car license plate has no number. By this way, you can easily recognise a Fake Ananda Vanii.

Here is the fifth part of this series of the discussion between Shrii Narayan Panda (BP, Vishakapatnam) and Acarya Bhaskarananda Avt. For your easy reference, links to earlier letters are appended below.

As a reminder, thus far in the series, Dada Bhaskarananda has stated:
- "Ba'ba' gave Proutist Bengal because He wanted that Prout should first be established in Bengal and then in other areas."
- "What Bengal thinks today, India & others think tomorrow. So PROUT will be established in Bengal first and then it will be spread to other areas."
- "After all, Ba'ba' supported Bengal so much. Shabda Cayanika was given in Bengali, Baba lived in Bengal after 1980 when the organisation was big, Prabhat Samgiita was given in Bengali."

Such were the justifications given by Dadaji. In response, Shrii Narayan Panda has presented logic and reasoning to demonstrate that Baba is not partial to Bengal and the Amara Bengali samaj. Baba has equal love for all samajas of the globe. Secondly, it was demonstrated that Shabda Cayanika is an investigation into the Sanskrit language, not Bengali. Verily the publishers themselves admit that Shabda Cayanika is based on Sanskrit.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Guru in the Vedic language is derived gur + un; in later Sanskrit as gu + ru. The contents of this chapter consists of an elaboration on the word Gurusakásha. The author's discourse on that day entailed linguistic discussion of a number of Sanskrit terms; the discussion of each term became an entry in the author's linguistic encyclopedia Shabda Cayaniká (“Collection of Words”). –Eds." Neo-humanism condemns groupism

Plus the vast majority of Baba's discourses were given originally in Hindi; and, Baba wrote Prabhat Samgiita in Bengali to show us that artists and poets should write in the local language.

The conversation continued and Dada Bhaskarananda stated that he joined B group in order to please and satisfy Baba. But then it was shown that all Baba's teachings of neo-humanism condemn all sorts of groupism - in which case how can one think that they will please Guru by joining a group. No rational margii can think in this manner.

Pandaji replied that we should not rely on hearsay; rather we should consult Baba's printed ideological discourses to know His position on a given topic. Blindly relying on concocted stories is not the proper way. Again, links to all prior letters are appended below.

Finally in the prior section, Dada Bhaskaranandji put forth two claims:
1. The Bengali should absolutely be named as the original language of every discourse.
2. In those discourses which Baba delivered in English, He employed a simple, even broken English to cater to the standard of those in the audience. Yet who can believe such a statement when Baba Himself has delivered in-depth discourses on microvita using such sophisticated languages that even university professors cannot comprehend.

Dada Bhaskarananda's two claims

At the end of the prior letter, Dada Bhaskarananda is making a few false claims:
1) That it is the rule for Publications Dept to translate all discourses first into Bengali and use that as the original.

Review: So Dada Bhaskarananda's claim is that a discourse originally given by Baba in English should be translated into Bengali and then re-translated back to English and then printed. But by this way the originality of Baba's discourse is gone. Best is to simply transcribe Baba's spoken English into written English. What is the need to translate an English discourse to Bengali when the goal is to first print it in English.

Another scenario is for that same English discourse to be translated into Bengali and then translate that Bengali into Spanish. Rational people will easily understand that it should be translated directly from English into Spanish. Whereas people suffering from the dogma of Bangalisation will want the English discourse translated into Bengali first and then into Spanish.

Yet another case is if Baba has delivered His discourse originally in Hindi, then accordingly it is to be translated into Bengali which then becomes the so-called original language, or "master" text, from which it is translated into English and then finally into other languages. And then those at the helm of publications will write in the preface of the each book: "Translated from the original Bengali."

That is Dada Bhaskarananda's first claim - that always Bengali should serve as the "original" or "master" language for all publications, regardless of what language Baba spoke. And this point shall be discussed in greater detail in the ensuing letter(s).

Now here is Dada Bhaskarananda's second outrageous claim:
2) That those who attended DMC were of a lowly standard so Baba used "peasant" English to communicate with them. Hence it was necessary to put English discourses into Bengali and then translate that Bengali back into proper English. The next installment shall address the aforementioned claim.

Dada’s xxxxx dealings

It is most unfortunate that some of our Dadas / Wts have taken to posting photos of themselves on the internet that blatantly contravene their own avadhuta conduct rules.

WT conduct rule states, "Avadhuta must not remain in a lonely place with any female." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, point #13)

Yet see below this photo of Dada Ramashrayananda alone in the room with one female. And Dada Ramashrayananda has posted this photo of him and this lady on his Facebook page.

By seeing the photo it is obvious---WT conduct rule states, "Avadhuta must not remain in a lonely place with any female." ….

Sadly this Dadaji has a long history of alleged xxxxx misconduct in overseas sectors and perhaps it is this xxxx behaviour that spoiled his mind whereby he thinks it is ok to have xxxx relations.

Our Dadas should post photos & those photos should only be of our Ananda Marga service projects etc. And those photos should be posted to inspire others to support the great cause - i.e. bhagavad dharma and welfare to universal humanity.

WT conduct rule states, "Avadhuta shall always keep himself engaged in the service of Gurudeva with sincerity and devotion, in thought, words and deed, in subtle and in crude spheres, in inner and outer expressions of life." (Rule no. 28 of 32 Rules for Avadhutas)

Sadguru Baba guides us that history is very important and vital for human progress and that one must know the history and learn from it. Otherwise the same mistakes will be repeated over and over again. Here then is some of the relevant history concerning Dada Ramashrayananda. This above history of Dada Ramashrayananda's dealings in GT sector was initially posted on 16 March 2009.

History: xxxx conduct of Dada Ramashrayananda

1. As many will recall, Dada Ramashrayananda has a long history of xxxx conduct with females but he keeps himself above water by allegedly paying big money to his boss Dada Rudrananda in Ranchi. In turn, they give him the green light to do as he pleases. So long as Dada gives them money, he will live under the protection and shelter of his groupist leaders.

2. It is alleged that Dada Ramashrayananda was recently transferred [year 2009] from the Cordoba master unit (Argentina) and in that process Ramashrayananda secretly sold part of the MU land, kept the money, and bought himself a big house in Cordoba city. Dada Ramashrayananda was not punished at all for this since he allegedly gave a big chunk of money to Ranchi Administration, i.e. Dada Rudrananda. Plus Dada Ramashrayananda allegedly used some of his "earnings" to augment his already huge personal bank account in India.


Baba's rule: do not sell Ananda Marga land

3. Selling master unit land in this manner is totally against the values of Ananda Marga. Baba was very strict that Ananda Marga land should not be sold at all, let alone sold secretly by one tricky Dada who keeps the money for himself. But when groupism abounds, then all the rules and regulations of dharma are lost.

4. [2009] It is alleged that so-called Dada Ramashrayananda is sitting with his xxxx in Oran, a small city outside of Cordoba (Argentina). There is no man in the house, other than "Dadaji". So it is just our Dada, his xxxxx  - no one else.

To keep everyone happy and his xxx life active, this degenerated Dada allegedly brought lots of exotic gifts from India for his xxxx. They were quite honoured by being lavished in this way. In turn, this young xxxx is pleasing him in all kinds of ways and escorting him around town.

Unfortunately, nobody can question Ramashrayananda with any authority because Ranchi Admin - i.e. Dada Rudrananda - is in his hand. So this so-called Dada is just allegedly going everywhere with her, arm-in arm. And he has the blessings of his boss, Dada Rudrananda. No margii can complain in any direction. Such is how groupism spoils things.


WT conduct rule

5. Ramashrayananda even went to Wt didi's place without her permission, allegedly. When Wt didi opposed, then he threatened to kick her out. He said, "The margiis are in my hand and if I tell them to kick you out, they will do it!".

Wt didi was afraid because she knows that Dada Rudrananda protects him, i.e. Dada Ramashrayananda. But she knows the acarya conduct rules also, so she is aware that this Dada is completely adharmic. Indeed, Dada Ramashrayananda fails to follow so many of Baba's dictates for Wts.

Baba says, "One should not look at the face of the opposite sex." ('37 Workers Rules', Point #15)

Baba says, "A'vadhuta shall treat every woman of the world, including his ex-wife, as mother." ('32 Rules for Avadhuta, Point #11)

Baba says, "A'vadhuta must not remain in lonely place with any female." ('32 Rules for Avadhuta, Point #13)

Baba says, "A'vadhuta should not initiate any female." ('32 Rules for Avadhuta, Point #14)

Wt didiji knew what was going on was wrong; she understood that Dada Ramashrayananda was not an acarya in the true sense of the word, but she was concerned since Ranchi supports him 100%, regardless of his behavior.

6. So she left the house morning and came back evening. She had to be on the road whole day. It seems like when the Kaoravas were in the power they did not have any respect of women. What a pitiful time. These days are no better it seems.

Our very own  Wt didi had to run away from her own place in order to protect herself from this wild Dada. Is this not awful?

In a recent issue of the Ananda Yuga magazine, the publishers printed an image that associated our dharmic Ananda Marga sadhana system with all kinds of dogmas from the fake yoga movement. To see this on one of the pages of our very own Ananda Marga magazine is really quite shocking and disturbing as it is a complete and utter misrepresentation of Sadguru Baba’s teachings.

Here in point-wise fashion are some of the many dogmas presented in the photo / image on page 15 (issue #3, year 36) of the Ananda Yuga magazine.

Dogma #1: OM Sign - The sadhaka is depicted as meditating on the “om letter” in the sahasrara cakra. This is 100% wrong and a product of the fake yoga movement.

Dogma #2: OM Sign - The sadhaka is depicted as meditating on the “om letter” in the ajina cakra. This is 100% wrong and a product of the fake yoga movement.

Dogma #3: Backwards Posture - In the image, the meditator has his legs backwards, i.e. against the Ananda Marga system. According to Caryacarya, when doing padmasana, the right leg will go on the left thigh first, and then the left leg is placed on the right thigh. But the exact opposite is shown in the image in the Ananda Yuga magazine.

And for those who are sadhakas of the Marga, they will notice many more dogmas in the below image. This image was published on page 15 (issue #3, year 36) of the Ananda Yuga magazine.




Dada G. selling out to pseudo-culture

In all circumstances our aim is to preach and demonstrate Ananda Marga ideology: To teach genuine points of bhagavad dharma - not compromise with the ways of fake yoga etc. The entire world is waiting for something great to happen, i.e. to receive the teachings of Sadguru. Yet here we see our Ananda Yuga editor Ac Guniindrananda jii selling-out and surrendering to fake yoga.

By failing to live up to the ideal of our Ananda Marga ideology, Ac Guniindrananda jii is verily depriving humanity of dharmic teachings. Dadaji’s duty is to spread dharma but instead he is propagating fake yoga.

Baba created Ananda Marga to save this situation but this Dada is getting caught up in the winds of fake yoga. Ac Guniindrananda jii blatantly contradicts his conduct rules and vows, and undermines Sadguru’s teachings by selecting and placing this fake yoga image on page 15 (issue #3, year 36) of the Ananda Yuga magazine

Dada Rudrananda “relationship of ruler and ruled”

Note: For the comfort and ease of all, it has to be admitted that at present there are three types of Ananda Margiis: (a) Those fully in slumber, (b) those who are half-asleep, and (c) those who are 100% alert and awake. The intent is to clean the organisation. We do not want the misdeeds of certain Wts to be reported in major leading newspapers of that area. That will be very bad. If you feel you are in group “A” (i.e. in full slumber and want to remain like that) then please do not read the below letter. Rather, if you want to remain in slumber and not awaken then just delete this email.

Here in the below story from Shabda Cayanika:
(1) The villain in the story represents Dada Rudrananda, as Dada Rudrananda is running AMPS with the “relationship of ruler and ruled.”
(2) Inside H group there are various factions. In the past there was the Rudrananda faction and the Nigamananda faction. And now inside the Dada Rudrananda team there are two groups:
    (a) debauched team of Rudrananda group
    (b) spineless team of Rudrananda group
(3) So now Dada Rudrananda plays the role of the villain in the debauched faction since he harasses the spineless faction, as well as those remaining in the Nigamananda faction.
(4) Therefore the victims are comprised of both the spineless faction and the Nigamananda faction - as well as common margiis.
(5) The hero is the person who takes on the villain gives him a strong lesson.
(6) All the above mentioned factions are represented in the below story. By reading this story with this information you can understand well what is going on inside one of the groups of AMPS.


Hero: “I started scolding that unseen man in a loud and serious voice. “If you maintain a relationship of ruler and ruled in individual or social life then it will surely lead to disaster. Whenever the kings of former days gave excessive weight to the ruler-ruled relationship, it resulted in the strong devouring the weak, and that led to revolt by the people – it happened during the time of King John; it happened at the time of Louis XIV; it happened during the Buddhist era in the time of King Devapal the Second. Understood, bodiless one!...”

Hero: “For a little while I slept and again my sleep was broken by some people exchanging heated words. Some of the local, common-class farmers were having words with a sahib. The farmers were speaking Angika and the sahib was also replying in broken Angika.”


Set fire to their house and abduct their daughters


Victims: “were saying: “Sir, you are a high-ranking officer. You may not even be aware of what the people at the lower levels are doing. They are forcing us to sell the indigo to them for practically nothing, and if we don't agree then they persecute us and beat us. They want to buy the indigo without paying what it's worth. They want us to work but they don't want to pay us for it. If people show any sign of speaking out about it they set fire to their house and abduct their daughters from their home. We've come to you because we have no alternative. Please save us. Rescue us from the violence and oppression of your oppressive workers. We will be forever grateful to you.””

Villain: The man replied: “I don't give advice to my workers, I give orders. Whatever they do, they do for me. Do you think you can teach me how to treat dogs and swine like yourselves? I know very well.”

Victims: “But sir, we implore you. Save us. Our families' survival depends on the indigo we sell. Don't thrust us into the jaws of starvation.”

Villain: “Work hard and you'll eat. What's the big deal? If you say anything against my workers I'll run you off with bullets.”

Victims: “Sir,” said the village farmers, “we fear you like we do the god of death himself. We've come to you out of fear for our lives and of being tortured. Please try to understand our situation a little.”

Villain: “I understand, I understand,” replied the man. “What's happening in Nadia and Jessore has spread to Monghyr now. You want to light the fires of rebellion here as well. I'll teach you a lesson or two.” Saying this, the sahib took aim at them and started firing recklessly and mercilessly. Several villagers fell to the ground twisting and screaming in agony.

Villain: “This is how we teach dogs a lesson,” the sahib said….

Hero: “I couldn't stand it. Let me jump up, I thought, and teach this sahib a lesson of his own….”

Hero: “I was astonished and dumbfounded to hear such arrogance coming from this sahib. Are there really such people on this earth? “Listen bodiless sahib,” I said. “You really showed some temper with those villagers. Let me see you lose your temper in front of me! If I can see this temper of yours I will consider my human life successful.”” (3)


Parallel history in R Group

Villain: “At the beginning of the British administration indigo was a booming business. On one side there was the oppression and tyranny against the farmers, and on the other our pockets were filling up with money. This was the biggest indigo factory in Monghyr District. Millions of rupees worth of indigo were exported from here to Europe each year. I was the head manager of the factory. It is normal human psychology that when there is oppression, at first the timid people keep their mouths closed and put up with it. Even courageous people think: ‘Let me see how things go for the time being. Then I will take action.’ When the oppression increases even more, the cowardly-natured slap their heads and curse their fate, and the brave call out in loud voices and fall on their oppressors. When tyranny reaches its limit then even the faint-of-heart start roaring like lions and mercilessly take revenge on their oppressors.”

Villain: “Maddened by delusions of power, and bereft of the knowledge of right and wrong in our greed for money, we niilkars forgot this historical and psychological truth. The result of this mistake of ours was the Niilkar Rebellion in Jessore and Nadia. The rebellion, however, never completely broke out in this Monghyr District because no such oppressive niilkars had come to this area besides myself. I set the steamroller of tyranny loose on these ordinary farmers. I earned huge amounts of money and in the process I sold my humanity in exchange for a few gold coins. I went hell-bound step by step, transforming myself from a conscious human being into no better than an inert stone. I had no remnant left of my common sense. Maddened by pride, I fired recklessly on those village farmers who came to me peacefully with their grievances and needs. I even killed seven men. After that I hadn't the slightest sense of what-to-do or what-not-to-do. There was no one around to give directions or orders or advice.”

Fired on and killed several innocent farmers


Villain:  “After firing on the villagers, I sent a letter to the district magistrate informing him of the affair. He sent back an immediate reply by letter-bearer informing me of the situation: ‘The indigo rebellion has broken out in Jessore and Nadia. Under these circumstances it is best that you observe certain limits in all matters. Do not do anything that can make the situation get out of control or law and order get out of hand. For several days now I've known that the village farmers have been disturbed by your conduct. You have even fired on and killed several innocent farmers. I can guess that they will become even more agitated. Under these circumstances I will give you this counsel: you should start for Calcutta this very night under the cover of darkness. It is no longer safe for you to remain there. It will take you approximately five days to reach Calcutta by horse-drawn carriage. To ensure your safety I will send some mounted soldiers to ride in front of and behind your carriage. In this matter I cannot rely on native sepoys.’”

Villain: “The sahib let out a long sigh and said: “The advice of the district magistrate was quite sound, but at that time I was not in the right mind to accept his counsel. Because of my arrogance I had completely lost my common sense. My ruler's philosophy was prodding me continuously, telling me – What! Will I flee under the cover of darkness out of fear of a few ordinary farmers? Never! It is against my ruler's philosophy. I will have to do something to save my respect. On and on I went thinking like this until I was at a complete loss. There was no one to give any clear directions or orders. That day my wounded pride told me – the only way to salvage my honour is to tie a noose around my neck and hang myself with this rope. That is the only path to salvation. In this way my honour, my prestige, my reputation, will be saved.”

Villain: “So thought, so done.”

Villain: “I tied a noose around my neck with this rope and hung myself. You may call it suicide, cowardliness or sin. But in the state of mind I was in that day I could see no other path open to me. So knowingly, perhaps, I took this sinful path in order to salvage my honour.” (4)

If you did not read this carefully at the beginning, here in the above story from Shabda Cayanika:
(1) The villain in the story represents Dada Rudrananda, as Dada Rudrananda is running AMPS with the “relationship of ruler and ruled.”
(2) Inside H group there are various factions. In the past there was the Rudrananda faction and the Nigamananda faction. And now inside the Rudrananda team there are two groups:
    (a) debauched team of Rudrananda group
    (b) spineless team of Rudrananda group
(3) So now Dada Rudrananda plays the role of the villain in the debauched faction since he harasses the spineless faction, as well as those remaining in the Nigamananda faction.
(4) Therefore the victims are comprised of both the spineless faction and the Nigamananda faction - as well as common margiis.
(5) The hero is the person who takes on the villain gives him a strong lesson.
(6) All the above mentioned factions are represented in the above story. By reading this story with this information you can understand well what is going on inside one of the groups of AMPS.

O' the dearmost Jewel of my mind, by Your grace always I will move towards You - forgetting the past, removing the staticity, and avoiding all sorts of dogma. I will go close to You, O’ Manoraj [1].

O' Divine Entity, Baba, by Your grace, with the stroke of my feet, I will crush all my selfishness. And, by Your grace, I will look towards everyone's needs and requirements. I will engage myself in everyone's service. Everyone's happiness is my happiness. This very idea I will contemplate in a new way from today onwards. I will no longer remain self-centered from today.

Baba, O' Supreme One, thinking about Your love and Your greatness, & ideating on You, I shall become Yours. By Your grace, I will become one with You. All my narrowness will be destroyed and my whole existence will be transformed into vastness. O' my nearest, You are so gracious. 1.  त्रिभुवन का अर्थ है तीन लोक। वे तीन लोक कौन से है? आनन्दमार्ग दर्शन  में वे हैं भौतिक जगत, मानसिक जगत और कारण जगत।

How to connect with God

Commonly people think of themselves as weak and isolated. That is because in that moment they do not have a connection with Parama Purusa in their mind. So they cannot draw divine energy from Parama Purusa. The moment one starts thinking about Him and makes a connection with Parama Purusa then they become very strong. This can be felt and tested when facing tough situations or when confronting someone strong than yourself - such as when surrounded by a bunch of thugs. Then certainly those negative, anti-social elements will be defeated and victory will be attained. The connection is very simple - just repeated your ista mantra and you will be linked with Parama Purusa.

Baba says, "However little one's capacity might be, if one constantly remembers that Parama Purus'a is always with him, that they are in the closest contact with Parama Purus'a, they will be able to do everything. They are not as small as they think themselves to be. And as long as they remember this closest association with Him, they can do much more than ordinary human beings. When this idea becomes permanently established in their minds, they become great. This is why no one should be disappointed or depressed in any circumstances; let everyone constantly perform great deeds, remembering that the flow of their capacity is coming from Parama Purus'a, and thus they can do everything." Deception By Avadhuta Dada K.

Namaskár,

In the Prout (Hindi) magazine April 2016 issue, an article titled sámájik nyáya kii ádhárashilá (The basis of social justice) has been published. This article is replete with plagiarized1 quotes of Bábá. Here Ácárya Krpánanda has written one sentence to open the article. Then on four of the next five paragraphs he has placed quote marks (see below scan image), without saying anything as to whose quotes they are.

Actually the quoted paragraphs are Baba’s, but dada Krpánanda has stolen them and printed them in his own name. Dada Krpánanda should be proud that these paragraphs are his Guru’s words, and should have proudly announced the fact that his guru Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji has written them. But dada Krpánanda lied, and instead printed his own name. Desiring the credit for himself, he did not mention Baba’s name-- what to speak of the book or pravacan title, page number, edition etc. (for instance, see the second and third paragraphs put under quote marks in the following scan image). Please read on for further information about this serious matter.


Deception by Dada K: Designed to Self Glorify

Please see the below scanned image. In this article from the April 2016 issue of Prout (Hindi), dada Krpánanda, stole from Baba’s book and printed in his own name 12 paragraphs over 3 pages. In this 3-page article there are 24 paragraphs, of which 12 are marked in quotes. And these quoted paragraphs are by far the largest paras containing the great majority of words in the article. The below scanned image is of the first page; it contains 6 paragraphs, 4 of which have quote marks around them. Almost all the words on this first page are marked with quote marks, yet there is no sign whatsoever as to who if anyone is being quoted. And as dada Krpánanda is the author, the natural feeling in the reader’s mind is that these must be dada Krpánanda’s words. But dada Krpánanda stole these words and paragraphs from our Ananda Marga book.

See the thievery of Dada K. In this below image, note the bold heading at the very top of the article. And dominantly placed next to that heading, in the upper right corner he has put his own name, Ácárya Krpánanda Avadhuta. By this way he wants to befool readers that the below is his own article which he made. But that is a lie. It is shameful, why he is doing like this. Please challenge him.

Furthermore, Ac. Krpánanda has been an Avadhuta for 50 years. If this were a new márgii, it could be excused. But Ac Krpánandji should know better.  This is therefore a clear case of stealing Bábá’s quotes and the writer Ac Krpánanda Avt and the entire editorial team2 are to blame.


Using a Quote Without Citation is Plagiarism/Stealing

By quoting almost all the words in the article without attributing them to anyone, Dádáji is silently claiming that all the quotes are his own. This is a case of stealing and against asteya. The editors2 are equally to be blamed as they did not point this out to Dádá Krpánanda.


Another Serious Danger with Uncited, Quoted Words

By putting a statement in quotes, some may think it obvious that this must be Guru’s quotation-- and therefore no need for citation. However a serious complication of this is the danger that someone may put a statement in quotes, which readers will attribute to Guru when it is not Guru’s words. For example, “If you want to know me work for my mission for I have merged myself in my mission”. These are not Baba’s words, but some dadas have put quotes on this statement and attributed it to Baba. Again people may put other writers’ words in quotes which are not Baba’s words, without putting citation-- so that people will think the words are Baba’s. And if challenged they can escape by saying-- “This is another writer’s words; I did not mean to suggest these are Baba’s words”. But by putting the words in quote marks in an Ananda Marga publication, people will assume they are Baba’s words.

So quoting without citation is very dangerous-- both because (1) Actual Baba’s words are not being directly credited by Baba as they should be, and because (2) Other writers’ words may be assumed to be Baba’s when they are not at all. Such looseness and slackness must not be permitted. Wherever there are quote marks, there must be a citation to indicate definitevely whose quote it is.


Dangerous Trend: Various Thief or Fake Writers will Print Baba’s Books in their Own Name

Because (1) Krpananda ji is the author of the article, (2) almost all the paragraphs have quote marks on them, and (3) there is no statement attributing the quoted sections to anyone, readers will assume the statements are Krpánanda ji’s own. And they are correct to do so: By quoting almost all the words in the article without attributing them to anyone, Dádáji is silently claiming that all the quotes are his own. The article is authored by Ácárya Krpánanda, and none of the sentences in the article are attributed to anyone else. These quietly placed quote marks are Krpánanda ji’s deviousness: Readers will think the statements are his own, which he obviously wants or else he would have openly attributed the sentences to the real writer, as he should have done. So actually he is a thief: Stealing the credit for sentences he did not write. And yet he has also deviously placed quote marks as a way of escape in case anyone challenges it, so that he can escape by saying that indeed these are Guru’s words and that is why he placed the quote marks.

One may think naively, “What is wrong – that is fine – he just took a paragraph from Baba’s discourse – that is ok.” However, if we let Dada Krpánanda steal a few paragraphs of a discourse today, then in the future we may find that some other Dada has published Baba’s entire book in his own name. The problem will just snowball into various thief writers stealing Ánanda Márga treasure.


Conclusion

We should therefore be vigilant and certainly not permit such avadhutas to steal Guru’s words and publish His original writings in their own name.

Wherever our Wts go, they are the emissaries or our ambassadors of Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji and Ananda Marga ideology. So when any Wt fails to live up to this standard and instead becomes involved in debased scandals, then it does terrible harm and reflects extremely poorly on our AMPS organisation. Here we is how one Wt sinned, in three fundamental ways, and what steps should be taken to rectify the matter.




Dada Ramashrayananda


Ramashrayananda Illegally sold 44 acres (18 hectares)


As rector master (land in-charge of a very large AM farm) of the master unit in Cordoba Argentina, Dada Ramashrayananda allegedly sold 44 acres (18 hectares). This was done during two separate land sales in 2007 & 2009 from the world's largest master unit (Cordoba Argentina). This is an extremely huge parcel of farm land - it is massive according to our Marga standards. And Dada Ramashrayananda sold a select piece of property including a very choice expanse of land that was nearest to the road. As we know, it is against Guru’s order to sell any Ananda Marga properties. So Dada Ramashrayananda completely contravened Guru’s guideline by selling this large expanse of land. And then Dadaji allegedly kept all the money for himself, after giving handsome payouts to Dada Rudrananda in Centre. So the whole ordeal of this huge land sale was done for purely selfish motives. Top of all, Guru’s guideline is that never should Ananda Marga land be sold. Sadguru Baba forbid the sale of AM properties for His own legal fees during Emergency.

It is also clear that Dada Rudrananda and those in Centre were in cahoots with Dadaji’s dealings. Dada Ramashrayananda completed his land selling deals in 2009 wherein he allegedly sold 44 acres of the Cordoba master unit. This is an enormous amount land and those sales netted an extraordinary amount of money. After Dada Ramashrayananda allegedly gave handsomely to Dada Rudrananda in 2009 he was promoted from rector master to the post of SES of GT sector - a post he held all the way up to 2014 when be became SES of Manila sector. By all angles, Dada Rudrananda ordered the illicit sale of our Ananda Marga property - i.e. from the Cordoba master unit in Argentina. By this way Dada Rudrananda is destroying one property after another of Ananda Marga (AMPS).

Dada Ramashrayananda took so much money from GT sector that his replacement dada go nothing when he arrived in his place. And still today Dada Ramashrayananda is living like a mafia thief off the grand profits of that massive land sale. And he illicitly deposited large sums of money (allegedly) with his laokik / worldly family.

Baba says: Oppose corrupt wts - do not tolerate their behaviour

So here following is Baba’s great teaching where He guides us about the importance of pointing out the wrongdoing of close persons. Just like parents with love point out their kids, similarly with love we are to create the requisite circumstantial pressure so those who are very, very close to us - margiis, Wts, laokik relations, colleagues, and other respected persons etc - can mend their ways.

Ananda Marga ideology states, "If our own person or relative deviates from the truth or is lacking sincerity, oppose him, do not tolerate him. It does not matter if he is our own relative. If our own person is dishonest and insincere then he is more dangerous. Why? If there is a snake outside it is dangerous, but if a snake comes inside the house it is more dangerous. Therefore he [our close person] should be opposed more strongly." (1)

Ananda Marga ideology states, अपना आदमी हो, घर का आदमी हो ; कोई सत्य से इधर-उधर हट गया, sincerity की कमी जिनमें है—उसका विरोध करो, बर्दाश्त मत करो | अपना आदमी है तो क्या है | अपना आदमी अगर असाधु है, insincere है, तो, और भी अधिक ख़तरनाक है | क्यों ? बाहर में अगर साँप रहा, वह जितना ख़तरनाक है, घर में अगर साँप घुस गया तो और भी अधिक ख़तरनाक है | इसलिए, और भी, उसका अधिक विरोध होना चाहिए |” (1)

Thus in His above guideline Baba explains that bad elements in society are dangerous, but bad elements inside your house - inside your organisation - are more dangerous. Do not tolerate them - oppose them.

WT Conduct rules on black money

By their tactics, Ramashrayananda has certainly contravened Guru's teachings and conduct rules on black money. Following are Baba's mandates for wholetime workers:

Wt conduct rule guides: "No worker can keep unaccounted money (black money) with him." (Wt Conduct: Six Additional Rules, pt# 1a)

Wt conduct rule guides: "Each worker will separately maintain the clear account of receipt and expenditure of his personal allowance and organizational money." (Wt Conduct: Six Additional Rules, pt# 1b)

Wt conduct rule guides: "Whenever supervisory worker so desires, the worker is to give the proper account of expenditure tallying with the cash at their disposal." (Wt Conduct: Six Additional Rules, pt# 1c)

Wt conduct rule guides: "Each amount of collection should be deposited properly and drawn after submitting requisition." (Wt Conduct: Six Additional Rules, pt# 1d)

Wt conduct rule guides: "Proper vouchers are to be maintained for each item of expenditure." (Wt Conduct: Six Additional Rules, pt# 1e)
