Margii exploitation
Note: This letter is only for those who have reverence for Sadguru Baba Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji and try to follow His Ananda Marga ideology.

Unfortunately, since 1990, things have step-by-step gone in the reverse direction and the balance of power has been utterly lost. With each passing year, top dishonest Wts have snatched away margii rights. Margiis have essentially become the exploited mass and witness to the dishonest Wts power culture.

But there is one special card that dishonest Wt group leaders keep up their sleeve. They know that local margiis live their whole lives in those local areas and therefore want AMPS to have a good image in their town, city, or area. So when dishonest Wt leaders tighten their vice grip and begin their exploitative machinery, they do so knowing that the margiis want to keep everything hush-hush so the public will not think that anything is wrong.
Battered victim syndrome
Think of it this way. As soon as an abusive street thug knows that his victim is very concerned about what the neighbors think, then that street thug knows that he has won the war. Because he can beat and abuse his victim as much as he wants and that victim will silently absorb those blows, out of fear of making this into a public scandal. In his simplicity and fear, the victim is afraid of public embarrassment and calling attention to his family. They want all the neighbors to think that, "Everything is fine and normal" in his home. Yet that is far from the truth. To cover-up and protect his image and that of his children etc, is pushed to the very brink of death by street thugs. Because that abusive street thug knows that the victim will not make a peep in order to save the prestige of the family.
It is so unfortunate that this is the sad reality nowadays in AMPS. In the above analogy the ruling dishonest Wts are the abusive street thug, and the exploited bhukti is the battered victim. Exploited members absorb blow after blow and tolerate scandal after scandal in order to save their prestige in the eyes of the surrounding public. The immoral dishonest Wts are well aware of this weakness, so they stand and conquer with an iron fist knowing that sadhakas will silently absorb those blows to keep the image of the organisation clean on the local level.

Exploitation of margiis: ACB system
Unfortunately, since 1990, things have step-by-step gone in the reverse direction and the balance of power has been utterly lost. With each passing year, top dishonest Wts have snatched away margii rights. Margiis have essentially become the exploited mass and an audience to the dishonest Wts power culture.
In the past, the immoral priests tossed aside and distorted many of the divine teachings given by Lord Shiva and Lord Krsna. And now we see the rumblings of similar things happening in AMPS: Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji has given supreme guidelines and certain Dadas are tampering with and changing those teachings. We must not allow history to repeat itself and allow this fateful error to occur again where immoral priests distort the guidelines given by Taraka Brahma.
Clearly, Baba wants for margiis and wts to work together - cooperatively - in running the organisation as a tool for spreading His teachings. Yet, the margii side of the organisation has been dismantled by dishonest Wts. For their own power and privilege, dishonest wholetimer dadas have essentially shattered the bhukti pradhan system as given by Sadguru Baba. And here in his letter we examine more ways in which the margii side of the organisation has been hampered and eradicated by dishonest wts.

ACB: yes-men for the immoral faction
Advisory Committee & Boards (ACB): This singular body - comprised of senior margiis along with some Wts - has been given by Guru as a major avenue for running the sector and forming organisational policies etc. This is the platform - where through a cohesive organisational body - margiis can suggest, advise, and steer AMPS activities and programs etc. Yet, here again, since 1990, the ACB has either been wholly dismantled, torn down, or turned into a pack of "yes men" for the immoral faction. Thus instead of projecting a voice, the margiis are forced into a passive, silent role of listening only - or face being ousted.
The fake SPB: brainchild of Manavendrananda
Who can forget how in SUVA sector the fake SPB (sectorial planning board) was enacted. Those days in Suva sector the margiis were very active and Manavendrananda was insulted at the prospect of margiis having an advisory role via the ACB in guiding the sector. So they tore down the dynamic system of ACB and fabricated the fake SPB, i.e. a so-called planning board - which is much different from an advisory board.
The fake SPB was invented as a way to diminish the role of margiis. Margiis were just left without any say in deciding policies and strategies. That was the outcome of the Fake SPB as devised and invented by Manavendrananda.
In contrast, margiis are empowered and given a voice via the ACB. So Cwts [dishonest workers] gave the order to destroy the ACB, and invent the SPB. All because they wanted to mute the voice of margiis. The role of the ACB was ransacked by Cwts. Only "yes men" were allowed to participate so the ACB was just a puppet body controlled by top Wts.

Sadly, around the globe, these are the tales how the dharmic institution known as the ACB has been turned into rubble.
Designed to take advice from family people
Purna Kalika Bandhu (PKB): The PKB is another respected post in our AMPS reserved primarily for senior margiis. Yet this post also has essentially become defunct.
Sadguru Baba created the ACB and PKB - as well as many realms of margii involvement in the organisation up to the global level - to guide and help in policy making up to the highest levels of AMPS. The whole point being that the AMPS administration was designed to take advice from family margiis. Without the advice and voice of the ACB and other margii platforms, our AMPS administration can easily be hijacked by a few rogue Wts in their quest for power. And that's exactly what we see happening today.
