Rudrananda AM land sale Canada
Namaskar,
At present, there are significant court proceedings unfolding in NY sector that hold great import for countries and sectors around the globe. To date, this case has largely been kept out of the public eye, when in fact it should be an open book and hold our very closest attention. The Ranchi administration is riveted on the case and has really opened their coffers as they know what is at stake: They risk losing their legal standing in Canada. Moreover, this case may be another domino to fall in the challenges to fraudulent Ranchi takeovers of AM charities around the world, wherein precedent was set in 2013 by AMPS Australia. That is why Ranchi group - via its NY sector affiliates - is lined up to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees alone.

Prior cases: The Denver case in 2009 and the Australian case in 2013 cost over a million on each side. In both cases, the judge ruled against the party that had acted fraudulently to maintain (USA) or to gain control (AU) of the organization, as a judge’s mandate is to uphold the corporate laws of their country, above any other considerations.
What is Ranchi group in Canada
Here are some key points to know about the case:
(a) The root issue began in 1998 when SS Dada Devashraddhananda ordered Vinaya (L. Michael Hemmelgarn) to change the AM Canada bylaws. SS wanted one-man control of both the Canada board and its assets, and to be able to select who could be on it. SS Dada wanted all general membership and their voting rights eliminated. These “details“ were kept from the Canada board and general members. It was presented as merely an “updating” of the bylaws.
(b) AM Canada Vice president Tom Lavrih (Prashanta) was assigned the task of getting the new bylaw approved by the Canadian government department, which demanded a 2/3 vote of approval of the new bylaw by the general members. When Dada Devashraddhanada learned of this he quickly realized that the Canadian margiis would never agree to be stripped of their membership or control of AM; in turn, SS Dada panicked and ordered Prashanta not to tell the general members anything, but just send the government a sworn statement that he had held a meeting and the general members had voted to approve the new bylaw. Prashanta did exactly that.

(c) Because Prashanta had never disclosed his fraud, Ranchi group’s illegal dominion over Canada is now being challenged in the courts.
Global overview: Since 1991, there has been a significant depreciation within our AMPS. B group has targeted rules and regulations that threaten both the short and long term integrity of our AM way of life such as engaging in scriptural distortion, manipulating the BP system, and imposing the mahaprayan dogma etc. In contrast, H group has mostly focused primarily on day to day affairs that deal with the control of money and power - which B group also does.
(d) The Ranchi faction controlled “Ananda Marga Canada”, and its board is basically comprised of three Ranchi group members: (1) SS Dada Abhiramananda, along with his underlings, (2) SOS Dada Diiptimanananda, and (3) Dada Parinirvanananda. In addition, there are also two other new Canadians who are only tangentially involved in Ananda Marga and are completely unaware of the political struggles of the factions. Of course, Dada Rudrananda controls all of them as a puppeteer controls puppets.

How bhaktas think
The next grade of bhakta says: “As Parama Puruśa knows better than me about my own needs, why should I ask Him for anything? He knows exactly what I need for my development.” A mother knows more about the needs of her child than the child itself. When the child weeps, the mother instinctively knows that the child is feeling cold, for example, and covers its body with a blanket. The child stops crying immediately. Just as the child is dependent on its mother, human beings are dependent on Parama Puruśa. That is, “I know that You will surely do what is good for me. So why should I ask You for anything? It is meaningless, as You know better than me where my best interests lie.” So the higher-grade devotees do not pray for anything. Their simple approach is, “Parama Puruśa, please do whatever You think is best for me. All I want is to give You joy through my actions. And by giving You joy I shall also get joy. I act only to please You and thereby please myself. This is my one and only desire – I have no other interest.” This is termed rágánuga bhakti. Its spirit is, “I don't want anything. I only want to do Your work. I want to get joy by doing Your work, by loving You, by making You happy.” (1)
