Lies & deception: AM land sale Canada (Part 2)

This report concerns the ongoing legal proceedings and negotiations regarding AM land holding in Canada and what effect this may have on sectors around the globe.

The X-Factor: Legal Stooge Dhruva (Clark Forden)
(a) The real trick to the puzzle is that Ananda Marga Inc of NY sector is bankrolling the Canada case. And the key player in this regard is Dhruva (Clark Forden) of Washington DC / Maryland who actually gets paid from the profits of NY sector land sales; essentially, Dhruva is the chief stooge of SS Abhiramananda, who is a top stooge of Dada Rudrananda. In this capacity, Dhruva is fulfilling two roles, at minimum. First, he is instrumental in arranging the sale of AM properties in the US to cover the legal fees and costs of the AM Canada lawsuit, as well as his own salary. Such land sales include the sale of the house (i.e. the Dallas jagrti) which Dr Ravi Batra had donated to AM - see Appendix I below. Second, Dhruva is acting as the so-called “legal“ representative between AM Inc and their high-priced lawyer in Toronto.
(b) In his role as the chief land seller of AM properties in NY sector, Dhruva scopes out and sells properties to cover Ranchi group’s selfish endeavours. Thus far, through land sales of AM properties in the US, Dhruva has rerouted $119,000 USD for the Canada lawsuit. As the case progresses, the expected costs of legal fees will be north of $500,000, and if Ranchi loses the case they will have to pay another $500,000 USD in punitive damages etc. So there is big money involved and all those costs will be covered by the reckless selling of AM properties in NY sector. This is a gross betrayal to the system Sadguru Baba gave us that AM properties are not to be sold - full stop. Please see the Appendix III below for more about this.

(c) In 2014, Dhruva hired a Canadian lawyer to draft new, fictitious bylaws for AM Canada which continued the one-man control that was prohibited under the 2011 Canada not-for-profit Corporation Act. This was an 8-month process that cost over $100,000 USD. This money was obtained from the sale of the sectorial office building in New York City. In his pseudo-role as legal advisor / representative, Dhruva has been so proud to be flown to Toronto at AM Inc’s expense. Not only that, he was so arrogant in his meeting with senior Canadian margiis and board members, telling them that they could not see any draft or participate in the drafting of the new, fictitious bylaw.
(d) Moreover, in his role as chief legal stooge in NY sector, Dhruva is fulfilling his lifelong dream of getting paid by AMPS. In this regard, Dhruva’s life has been a bit like a failed state. He was a high school dropout in Canada, and could never earn his own living, which put him under huge economic pressure since he had a wife and child. His lack of a formal education gave him terrible anxiety and a deep-seeded inferiority complex. He has always looked upon AMPS as his cash cow - his way to financial security. As chief legal stooge of NY sector, he does the bidding of Rudrananda via Abhiramananda and gets paid handsomely. So this Canada court case is Dhruva’s dream job as he works as a gopher between Ranchi group leaders and their fancy Toronto lawyer. To this end, Dhruva flies regularly between Washington DC and Toronto - and all his costs and expenses are fully covered by AM profits from various land sales, and Dhruva gets to act like a legal bigwig, when in fact he has no such educational or professional standing. So it is all quite a sad story for Dhruva, and a terrible situation for both NY sector and Canada.
Conclusion: Call to action
Here the key point to take away is that should this Canada court case proceed onwards, more and more land holdings (jagrtis, master units etc) will be sold in NY sector, especially in the US. So all those concerned about the future of AM should pay heed and demand the absolute cessation of these illicit AM land sales.

The reason why Ranchi is willing to pay top dollar for this Canada case is because they are very scared of losing their fictitious shell company. Losing in Canada sets the precedent around the globe wherein Ranchi may lose legal standing and land holdings all over. It could easily cause a chain reaction as Canada is part of the greater Commonwealth legal system / British law. For this reason, there is no end to what Ranchi group is willing to spend on this case, threatening untold land sales to cover the costs.

B group sold AM lands
Here we have to remember that there is a long history of unjust land selling in AMPS. Dada Sarvatmananda and his B group cohorts first introduced this strategy as far back as the 1990s when they held the reins of power.
* Who can forget how in 1997 Sarvatmananda engineered the sale of the Patna Baba Quarter land at Phulwarishariff (Patna). That sale sparked a massive hue and cry amongst margiis. Undeterred, Sarvatmananda engaged in the sale of other AM properties and land holdings those years, and thereafter.

* Indeed, B group operatives sold parcels in NY sector as well: Dhyanatmananda sold some part of the Ananda Kanak MU, and Haratmananda was involved in the sale of one master unit in Texas. These unjust dealings were all done under the direction, guideline, and blessings of Sarvatmananda.
Note 1: Could have been avoided
If Ranchi had wanted legal standing in Canada, all it had to do was to create a new Ananda Marga Corporation in Canada for the low fee of $200 Canadian. The disenfranchised Canadian Margis did exactly that, creating Mission AMPS Canada in 2018. It now has charity status and can issue tax receipts, sponsor ministers, and function as it used to as AM Canada. In 2014, Dada Vimalananda, via Dhruva, secretly arranged for Canadian trademarks for the word “Ananda Marga”, “Path of Bliss”, and “Ananda Marga Universal Relief Team” to stop Canadian margiis from calling themselves by their rightful names.

Note 2: AM Canada (AMC): just a fictitious shell company
Ranchi group’s AMC Canada is now nothing but a fake shell company, i.e. an illicit underground channel for moving / laundering cash from America to India (Ranchi Adm). Moreover, amongst their other lies to the Canadian government, they claim that they are not subordinate to a head office, neither Ranchi nor Ananda Nagar. This is their bizarre and strange strategy which is diametrically opposite to what they did in the USA court case.
They have also claimed that all of the AMC directors are at arms-length from each other, but that is not true. Rather, their relations are based on the boss-stooge paradigm. Dada Abhiramananda calls the shots, and his two underlings (Dada Parinirvanananda and Dada Diiptimanananda) vote as per his wishes. Disobedience to Abhiramananda means getting a "punishment posting”, such as in Qahiro sector or some abandoned master unit that has no water etc. So there is zero independence amongst the AMC directors. Top of all, Rudrananda has the three of them dancing on a string.

Note 3: Desperately seeking legitimacy
In aid of their case, Ranchi sent a senior dada, i.e. Dada Shiilabhadrananda, to Canada from Korea to single handedly do a whirlwind of pracara and convince the margiis of Western Canada to recognize him as their RS and register their unit with Ranchi. But generally in overseas sectors, a senior dada is never posted as “RS” and never in the country in which he was raised etc. In brief, Shiilabhadrananda and Diiptimanananda met with senior margiis there who told them bluntly that they would not accept Shiilabhadrananda as RS. In short, Shiilabhadrananda has become “persona non grata”, outstaying his welcome at many margiis homes, whereby he has run out of margiis to stay with.
Appendix I: Shameless land sellers
Dada Rudrananda and his team of selling agents like Abhiramananda, Dhruva, and, back in the day, Vimalananda have zero shame in their dealings. Just see the backstory to the properties they sold.

was a time when the NY sectorial office was in Denver. This went on for
a while, and then Sadguru Baba raised the issue and said that the
sectorial office for New York sector should be in New York City, not
Denver. So upon Baba’s wish, a huge office was purchased in Corona
(Queens, NYC) that had a large number of rooms (20+) and could easily
accommodate the many Wts flying in and out of New York and serve as an
ideal place for managing all of the sector’s activities and programs.
But with Rudrananda at the helm, and without a care in the world for
Guru’s desire, they (Abhiramananda & Dhruva, i.e. Clark Forden) sold
it to put money into their own pockets - completely disregarding Guru’s
wishes. And to befool margiis they purchased a very small condo type
house in the outskirts of Manhattan (NYC).

So when they would do such a betrayal to Baba, they had not a qualm in the world for doing the same to Dr. Ravi Batra. When Ravi Batra moved with his family to Dallas, Texas, then the very house they lived in was what became the Dallas jagrti. So Dr. Batra had so many joyous and family memories there, and when he moved with his family to a different house, he could not bear parting with his old house and selling it for mundane wealth. So with love and devotion to Guru, Dr Batra donated that house to AMPS for dharmic works etc. Yet Rudrananda and his minions (Abhiramananda & Dhruva, i.e. Clark Forden) shamelessly recently sold Dr Batra’s original family abode for their own riches. Upon hearing about the sale, the respected and aged Dr Batra became quite despondent and refused to talk to people about it - and rightly so. For Dr Batra, the Dallas jagrti was his heartfelt gift to Baba, but for Rudrananda and his minions (Abhiramananda & Dhruva, i.e. Clark Forden) it was just one more way to make a buck, i.e. get some profits. So as you see, these bandits are utterly shameless in their dealings.
