Here following for review are examples related with our AMPS, as well as some points that are related with the societal level. According to Ananda Marga teachings, a person is civilised if their action and overall conduct is supported by logic, reasoning, and rationality.
Ananda Marga philosophy teaches us, "We may call those human acts and behaviour civilized that give evidence of this discriminative judgement, in a great measure." (1)
Here below Baba furthermore describes what it means to be civilised.
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "I would say, the greater the support of judgement in action and behaviour, the better shall be the expression and development of civilization." (2)
So those actions supported by intellect and a keen sense of discrimination (viveka) are civilised. Whether it be on the individual or collective sphere, only those actions can be thought of as civilised that are supported by logic, rationality, and a benevolent mind-set.

Supporters of Jamalpar & Tiljala tiirthas are uncivilised
Some in AMPS have taken to propagating about certain so-called tiirthas in Jamalpar, Tiljala, and Ananda Nagar etc. This is another instance of uncivilised conduct. Parama Purusa is everywhere so Ananda Marga philosophy opposes such dogmatic tiirthas as they aim to bind Parama Purusa to one single spot. So this tiirtha dogma is irrational and illogical and wholly against the teachings of Ananda Marga. Anyone propagating or supporting the existence of any tiirtha in AMPS is uncivilised. They may be civilised in other areas of life, but not on this point.
Rudrananda jii's uncivilised conduct
Nowadays, some in Centre think that they need not follow Ananda Marga conduct rules; they justify that having a big post is enough. They wrongly think that only they need to preach others to follow Sixteen Points, while they themselves need not follow. They transfer other workers yet they themselves need not be transferred. Not only that, those in-charge Wts at VSS camps impose countless rules which they themselves need not follow, but they are vigilant to impose those same rules on others. All such examples are part of a dogmatic approach; they are certainly uncivilised behaviours. Regardless of one's post or stature, all are disciples of Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurti ji and hence must follow all conduct rules. Those not following - for whatever reason - are uncivilised.
Uncivilised conduct of Purodha Pramukha
Our AMPS is a mundane organisation. And Vishvadevananda is the organistional head. So Vishvadevananda must follow Ananda Marga teachings. But, unfortunately, Vishvadevananda is not following the below enlisted dharmic practices, just he is lecturing others to follow. Yet PP Vishvadevananda is bound to follow all parts of Caryacarya, along with all conduct rules. However Vishvadevananda is lagging in this regard, so PP is uncivilised. And because Vishvadevananda is not following the below point, and is just lecturing others about following those codes, then Vishvadevananda is also a hypocrite.
If any Vishvadevananda is not doing paincajanya, and not attending akhanda kiirtan, then that type of PP himself is uncivilised and a hypocrite. On other points such a Vishvadevananda may be very civilized, but on these issues of paincajanya, akhanda kiirtan, that Vishvadevananda is behaving in an uncivilised manner. It is irrational and illogical to think that any Vishvadevananda need not adhere to these practices. Caryacarya is for all - irrespective of one's post. Everyone must follow dharmic principles. So if a Vishvadevananda is not engaging in mandatory dharmic practices, then on those points he is uncivilized.

Treating Sadguru Baba as mortal is uncivilised
Those who observe so-called mahaprayan divas are celebrating an annual death day. They are treating Baba as an ordinary, deceased person. That is the meaning of mahaprayan.
So mahaprayan is just a euphemism for a yearly shraddha ceremony - which we all know is against Ananda Marga ideology. This mahaprayan divas dogma is also uncivilised. To treat Sadguru Baba - the Eternal Entity - as a mere mortal goes against all logic and reasoning. It is anti-bhakti and against the ethics of Ananda Marga ideology. So those involved in supporting so-called mahaprayan on any level are uncivilised. In other realms of life they may be civilised. But on this point they are uncivilised.

My Parama Purusa, You are the all-loving and omniscient One. Then how is it that You do not know how much longing and pain I have for You in my heart - please tell me. In this way my time passes in waiting, but in the end the darkness comes in hopelessness and my eyes float in my tears. The whole night passes in my unfulfilled yearning for You.
My Nearmost, what a tragedy I have brought upon myself by loving You. Why I have prema from You I do not know. My whole life has been spent weeping for You. Even then my mind does not want to forget You. You have tied me in the bond of Your sweet attraction.
In the distant sky, the shining of the crimson sun tells me that I am not alone. My eternal Sakha’, across the vast ocean is also ever-awake...

Where love and devotion are so overwhelming that it appears as if there is only one entity in two bodies, such a pair of is known as 'sakha'. The bhakta, the devotee, is the sakha of Parama Purusa, because the bhakta can never think of Him as a separate entity from Him. Here he altogether forgets that he is separated from God. I like to add further to what I mailed to all of you on the subject on 20th Dec '17 forwarded as below. I may like to clarify that I take all our workers among my brothers & sisters including even our Purodha Pramukha & the persons as said to head the different factions or groups.
I may like to state again in the context that our Ananda Marga as founded by our Baba on the inherent flow of life free from all dogmas , superstitions & prejudices of the age old caste, creed & colour, the entire human society shall ever remain indebted to Him for enabling all of us first time in the history the liberty to unify with our inner quest of the all pervading supreme master of the entire cosmological order.
I repeat to state that Vishwadevanandji as to get elected among the workers as the Purodha Pramukh only to take forward His great mission 'Ananda Marga' as His volunteer, is required to come out to take one & all on this divine march.
Let us not forget that Ananda Marga as be also our own mission in the aforesaid context, it is also our responsibility to protect it & to take it forward to reach all people across the world. As such it is greatly needed for all of us to get strongly united to defeat the vested interests in their evil design to tarnish it.

We all know Ananda Marga as founded by our all knowing & pervading Baba first of its kind in the human history giving the liberty to all as denied so far to learn the occult art to identify their 'I" with master nucleus of the entire universe as has been the very quest to evolve.It is really very unfortunate that the workers as swayed by their propensive impulses soon after our Baba left His physical body formed groups to satisfy their vested interests which the Purodha Pramukh as elected among the workers to take forward His great mission, failed to control.The most unfortunate part of the vested interests is to polarise even the grhi margiis to satisfy their lust which led to the split of Ananda Marga Pracarak Samgh to run a parallel organisation.Repeatedly emailed in the context to Vishwadevanadji who is now PP, to come forward to stop such practice but I don't know why he is so complacent to do even his job as elected to protect & promote the great mission.It looks further strange in the context as to how Kinshukji is heading the Kolkata group.I have emailed to all concerned in the context on 13th Dec'17 as below on a message about Kinshukji as P P to address DMS on the new year day at Anand Nagar."
