Nasty way to create a Wt

There are many who use monetary / materialistic rewards when recruiting new Wts. Those recruiters inspire youths in certain village areas and other regions with the following incentives:
1. Here in the village you are living in an impoverished condition. If you become a Wt you will get fancy items (computer, smartphone etc) and travel the world by airplane etc. You will lead a charmed existence with all kinds of luxuries. So become a Wt.
2. Those recruiters think this is the easiest way to lure and inspire youths to become Wts because people are tempted by material gains.

Select a spouse of your choosing
3. Another way they draw youths into Wt life is to say that here in this village you will not find a proper spouse, but if you become a Wt you will travel the world and you can select a spouse of your choosing. Just remain a worker for a few years until you find your ideal mate and then enjoy with that spouse.
4. Again, if you ask recruiters why they do like this, they will say that this is the easiest way: Using the bait of materialism etc. Unfortunately, the end result is disastrous. People join the ranks of Wt life for the wrong reasons. In fact, around 90% run from TC (training centre) because they are facing all kinds of problems in TC and not getting what they were promised etc. And those few who become Wts and end up leaving, they have a very bitter feeling as well. Because they came for material gain and most often they have to struggle financially etc. And when they do leave their WT-ship they are so bitter, angry, and disappointed that they tell terrible things about AMPS. And they lead a degraded life and harm society. On the top if anyone gives up their acaryaship then they are not even allowed to go to dharmcakra. So firstly they are cajoled in the wrong way to become Wt, and then when those trainees could not get what they wanted - i.e. material things, then that became the reason why they left their Wt-ship. And after that they got punished and were kicked out from AMPS. Because the approach of recruitment is bad, all this happened.
5. So this entire approach of recruiting Wts using financial / materialistic incentives is a recipe for disaster. The outcome is never good.

Best way to recruit
6. Best is to inspire youths based on service, sacrifice, human values, ideological zeal, and dedication. Then truly great Wts will be created. And at present, some Wts recruit youths in this manner.
7. One other benefit is that at present most children born into Margii families will not become wholetimers because they are not befooled by today's recruiting tactics. Those Margii children know that one will not get material gain by becoming a Wt. So they stay away. But if the motivation for becoming a Wt is switched from material gain to principles of ideology, then those Margii children will be inspired to become wholetime workers.
