Baba
Namaskar,
#1: Look at this Dada. Sadly this is not a rare event. This Wt always lives like this, i.e in this style. In the male jagrti in Mexico, he allegedly hosts the opposite sex on a regular basis. This has been going on for a long time.
#2: When people object and tell this Wt Anuvratananda that close male-female relations are against Baba’s system and contrary to the code of conduct for avadhutas, then Anuvratananda is quick to anger and brusquely states, “Look, I am living in Mexico and this is Mexican culture.” But rational Ananda Margiis, understand well that we are to follow our Ananda Marga way of life and not that of the local area. For instance, if a Wt is posted in an area where meat-eating and alcohol are the norm, it does not mean that Wt can eat meat and drink liquor.
#3: So then how has this Wt been able to continue this type of alleged dealing with the opposite sex for so long? Because there is an overall shortage of Wts. So if one group disciplines a given worker then that Wt shifts his gear to another camp and those group leaders welcome him with open arms, regardless of his “baggage.” It is just like if non-smoker Mr X has a dire need of someone to sweep his kitchen floor. So if a member of the sweeping crew is a smoker then Mr X may end up adjusting with the situation thinking that it is ok for them to smoke and clean the floor. That is the groupist mentality nowadays. All the various groups are in need of warm bodies to fill out their Wt cadre, so they accept virtually anyone, regardless of their conduct.
#4: Earlier Anuvratananda was with H group but H group (i.e. Ranchi Adm) tried to discipline him. So Anuvratananda left Ranchi and pledged his allegiance to EC / Tiirthananda. After EC, then Anuvratananda joined into B group. And, as you know, B group is a like swamp where all the sewage goes.
#5: This AMPS is very colourful. Watch out. If you are superficially thinking that someone in saffron dress is a second god, i.e. a 2nd maheshvara or a true avadhuta, then think twice. That Wt could have done so many things and had so many shapes and forms in different names etc.
#6: This is the way AMPS goes on, and such relations are mostly the norm in Mexico. There are surely some true wts in the organisation, but their situation is like a lotus in a pool of mud.
#7: So everyone should watch out and see test themselves he conduct of every Wt to determine their true quality.
In Him,
Sadhana’

Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Those who have the responsibility to show the path to others should be of superlative character with the most refined conduct. They and their followers must move constantly towards all-round development and shreya [ultimate spiritual attainment]. Persons who teach such well-regulated behaviour to others by their own conduct are called ácáryas." (1)
Sadguru says in His discourse entitled Conduct of Acarya: "Bear in mind that people may be harmed or misled by even a small weakness or defect in the conduct of an ácárya. Just as it is the duty of a father to educate his children properly by his good conduct, an ácárya or ácáryá should always instruct by his or her exemplary actions and words." (2)
Ananda Marga philosophy warns how improper leadership brings terrible harm to society.
Ananda Marga ideology says, “Today there is catastrophe and misery in human society and there is one reason: the defective leadership of society. People blindly follow even unintelligent leaders. The leaders hypnotize and attract thousands with their tall talks, gestures and other dramatics. Understand that the poverty and misery of any people in any country are the sins of the leaders. True leaders should always be vigilant and think how to work best for human society: they must be ever cautious that under their guidance the people are not led to darkness, death and immorality.” (3)
Conduct rules
Here are Sadguru Baba’s guidelines for all Wts and Didis of the Marga.
- WT Conduct Rule: "You will protect yourself from sexual weakness and luxury." (WT Conduct Rules, Fourteen Points, pt #12)
- WT Conduct Rule: "One should not look at the face of the opposite sex except at the time of nursing [administering medical care]." (37 Workers Rules, pt #15)
Note: The above conduct rule contains an exception. Here is the explanation. Suppose there is an accident and the injured party is of the opposite sex; the patient has a wound on their face, and a Wt is on the scene to help. When serving the patient of the opposite sex and tending to their wound, that Wt will have to look at their face in order to offer the requisite care needed. Outside of this circumstance, there is no need for any wholetimer to look at the face of the opposite sex. That is why the rule is that if a Wt is talking with the opposite sex then they will look towards the ground and not the face of the opposite sex.
- WT Conduct Rule: "Avadhuta / Avadhutika shall treat every woman of the world...as mother." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, pt #11)
- WT Conduct Rule: "Avadhuta / Avadhutika must not remain in a lonely place with any female." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, pt #13)
- Wt conduct rule: “Under no circumstances should the purity of the mind and body be polluted.” (32 Rules for Avadhutas, point #30)
- WT conduct rule: “Avadhuta must not engage his ears in hearing obscene language or song, touch any rajasika articles, see any depraving entity or picture, or go through any story, novel or picture having even a slight bit of sexual importance... All avadhutas should learn this mantra by heart: O Bhiks´u, O monk. Control your eyes, hearing, smell, tongue (taste), body, lips (speech) and mind. You should have all-round restraint, then you will overcome all pain (32 Rules for Avadhutas, point #32)
The letter, word, and spirit of Sadguru’s guidelines are that there must be clear and cordial separation between male Wts and female Wts - between members of the opposite sex. This is highly important to have a successful and thriving Wt cadre.

You have sparked a fire deep inside my heart
"A'gun la'giye dile pha'gune e madhuma'se..." (Prabhat Samgiita #1904)
Purport:
O' Parama Purusa, in the grand and stunning beauty of this spring season, You have sparked a fire of divine love deep inside my heart. O' my Lord, You have suddenly broken the slumber of my sleeping heart which was engrossed in materialism.
O' Supreme Entity, I was covered by the blanket of drowsiness and staticity. It was keeping me in a state of deep slumber so I could not understand right or wrong. Now You broke that staticity with the warmth of Your touch. By Your karuna, by Your divine compassion, I start moving on the path of sadhana
O' my Bandhu [1] , in this universe You are incomparable. You are beyond space and time. You always reside in my mental sky. Baba, in this spring season, when everything is drenched in the sweet aroma of flowers, You kindled my heart with bhakti...
Note for Prabhat Samgiita #1904
[1] Bandhu: Here below are some of Guru’s teachings on the term bandhu.
Ananda Marga ideology states, “What is the meaning of “bandhu”? In Saḿskrta, the meaning of the word “bandhu” is “to bind”. Bandhu indicates that person or entity who cannot stand separation. Parama Puruśa or Saguńa Brahma is closely and intimately connected with this expressed world, or jagata. He is pervasively connected with every individual entity, be it a living being or a crude object. He is also linked through and through with the universe as a whole. In other words, He is indissolubly and inextricably involved (ota prota) with everything. Therefore, He is the only bandhu of this universe. The rest of your bandhus in the physical world are not your eternal friends. Though they are with you now, a day will soon come when they will go away; they will be separated from you. When you depart from this world, these friends will accompany or carry your dead body. But how far will they accompany you? They will accompany your body up to the cremation ground or the burning ghat. Having gone so far, at the most they will return to their own dwelling places. So they are not your real bandhu. There is a shloka in Saḿskrta:”
