रांची ग्रुप में, चर्या चर्य, कंडक्ट रूल्स, प्रोसोडयूर आर्डर, कन्वेंशन, एवं संस्था के हर सिद्धान्त की अवेहलना की जा सकती है, यदि WT का चरित्र एवं आचरण जितना भी खराब हो तो आप कल आने वाले समय मे "पुरोधा बोर्ड" के सदस्य भी बन सकते है। उसका उदहारण रांची ग्रुप के पुरोधा बोर्ड में प्रत्यक्ष रूप में देख सकते है। और सेंट्रल कमेटी (CC)या सेंट्रल एक्जयूटिव कमेटी (SEC) में तो आपको ऐसे लोगो के उदहारण के रूप में मिल जाएंगे। और फिलहाल इंडोनेशिया देश के उदहारण से तो पता चलता है, कि संस्था को रांची ग्रुप ने "आनंद मार्ग प्रचारक संघ" को अपना पर्सनल संघ बना लिया है।
पहले हम लोगो को यह पता होना चाहिए। कि दिल्ली सेक्टर को छोड़कर बाकी 8 सेक्टर में संस्था का रजिस्ट्रेशन जो होता है, उसमे वहां के लोकल गृही मार्गी एवं उस सेक्टर के SS दादाजी एवं कुछ अन्य WT को लेकर सेक्टर की गवर्निंग बॉडी बनाई जाती है। और फिर उस सेक्टर के अन्य हर देशों में अलग से संस्था का रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया जाता है। जो सेक्टर एवं सेंट्रल के अप्परोवल से होता है।
अभी अभी रांची ग्रुप ने चर्या चर्य एवं सिस्टम की अवहेलना करते हुए, मनीला सेक्टर की सेक्टोरियल एक्जयूटिव कमेटी(SEC) ने सर्व सम्मति से रेज्युलेशन पास करके , एक ऐसे एक्स वर्कर (ex-वर्कर) "दादा दिव्य ध्यानेशानंद" उर्फ "दुली चंद भगत" को इंडोनेशिया देश के संस्था के ट्रस्ट में हेड यानी सर्वे सर्वा बना दिया गया है। जिसकी कॉपी भी इसी मेसेज के साथ दे रहा हूँ।
अभी अभी यह भी पता चला है , की इंडोनेशिया देश मे दीदी आश्रम को भी, इंडोनेशिया के संस्था की गवर्निंग बॉडी के सदस्यों द्वारा परेशान किया जा रहा है।
यह सब रांची ग्रुप के जनरल सेकेट्री आचार्य चित्स्वरूपानंद अवधूत एवं भावी जनरल सेकेट्री आचार्य मधुव्रतानंद अवधूत की छत्रछाया में हो रहा है। क्योकि यदि ऐसा नही होता, तो अभी तक मनीला सेक्टर के SS दादाजी पर उचित कार्यवाही हो चुकी होती।
यह सब जो भी हो रहा है, उसके पीछे सिर्फ Ex-WT "दुली चंद भगत" उर्फ " ex-WT दादा ध्यानेशानंद जी से पैसा ऐंठने का मकसद है। जब कि ex-WT डिस्क्वालिफाइड होता है।
या हो सकता है रांची ग्रुप के पुरोधा बोर्ड या सेंट्रल कमेटी ने कोई ऐसा रेज्युलेशन पास कर दिया हो। कि यदि कोई भी WT यदि शादी भी कर लेता है तो कोई बात नही, बस सिर्फ रांची ग्रुप के सेंट्रल या महारथियो की जेब पैसों से भरता रहे। और यदि ज्यादा पैसा दे, तो, उस (ex WT) को संस्था की तरफ से बड़ी पोस्ट भी दी जा सकती है। यह भी रांची ग्रुप के लिए मुमकिन है।
रांची ग्रुप में आज के समय को देखते हुए, रांची ग्रुप में जो भी कुछ होता है। या उनकी बिना मर्जी के कोई भी WT अपनी स्वास भी नही ले सकता।

रांची ग्रुप के GS दादा जी ने, इंडोनेशिया आनंद मार्ग का हेड, ex-WT दुलीचंद भगत उर्फ दिव्य ध्यानेशानंद जी को बनवाकर अपने मेचुयरटी होने का उदहारण पेश नही किया।
