Below is an eye-witness account of how Didis are getting exploited.
First off it is important to know that Didi P has a “special relation”
(see note below) with RM Dada of Ananda Nagar. To ensure this “special
relation” is allowed to continue and flourish, Didi P always tries to
massage the feet and please Dada Rudrananda, and show herself as a loyal
member of Dada Rudrananda’s retinue. So Didi P does the following
things.

Corrupt Dadas: exploiter-exploited relation with Didis
From time to time, to show she wholly embraces the dominance and
superiority of male Wts, Didi Ananda Piiyusa prepares huge feasts for
Dadas. By this way she keeps herself in good standing and her
animalistic desires with RM Dada (Ananda Nagar) can be satiated. While
Didi Ananda Piiyusa enjoys her debased ways, a terrible catastrophe
falls on all those dharmic didis who hate to bow down to corrupt Dadas
and act as the domestic maidservant of male Wts. By seeing those Didis
react in this way, Didi Ananda Piiyusa gets frustrated with them and
harasses those junior didis. In the end, those Didis have a choice:
Oppose Didi Ananda Piiyusa’s harassment and get kicked out by Didi
Ananda Piiyusa, or keep quiet and bear the brunt of Didi Ananda
Piiyusa’s abuse and animal kicks. So the whole situation is disgraceful
on numerous fronts.
All the while, corrupt Dadas from Rudrananda to Purodha Pramukha to
other stooges enjoy this type of exploiter-exploited relation with
Didis. So these types of nasty behaviours go on unabated. Here are some

List of nasty deeds of Didi Ananda Piiyusa
Didi Ananda Piiyusa often forced her sectorial workers to cook for Dadas
on the Dadas’ premises. Didi Ananda Piiyusa has made this the very
culture and specialty of the VSS department. In particular, Didi Ananda
Piiyusa forced sectorial GV Didi Ananda Subrata to cook and bring
sumptuous dishes to Dadas’ place in Ananda Nagar or Didi Ananda Subrata
was “invited” to cook in Dadas house.
#1: On the occasion of VSS day, GV sectorial and area level
workers were forced to go to dada's house early in the morning at 4am to
cook for all Dadas including PP. Everyone knows that at 4am in the
morning, sisters are not allowed in dadas premises. Yet Didi Ananda
Piiyusa was sending them there in “relaxed” or casual dress and do
morning duties there. This is very uncivilised.
#2: Purodha Pramukha allowed this because he also treats didis as second class citizens who were born to serve to dadas.
#3: Didi Ananda Piiyusa threatens all workers under her that if
they do not cook for Dadas then she will transfer them. One area worker
Didi Ananda Liina (Bangla speaking didi) is a strong moralist. She
refused to follow this immoral act. And this didi has since been
completely neglected and forced to live as an impoverished worker.
Psychic disease of male Purodhas: females should serve males
Ananda Marga philosophy states, “The position of women was very bad.
Some time ago women were even deprived of their voting rights. In India
women had voting rights in the Licchavi republic in Vaishali in Bihar
[[Licchavi was the first republic in the world, about 2500 years ago]],
but they were not allowed to contest elections. Everywhere there was a
sentiment to restrict the prestige of women. In no country were equal
rights granted to women by law. Only today have women acquired certain
rights through some struggle.” (1)
Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Some exploitative males (all males were
not exploiters, many of them were quite rational) wanted women to live
in an exploited position, and they were not inclined to grant freedom to
women. They thought that women were not entitled to liberation or
salvation. In their opinion females should serve males. Perhaps in their
next life or one or two lifetimes after that, they might be reborn as
males and only then attain salvation. Just imagine the audacity and
villainy of these males. They invented ways to exploit women by
permanently injecting inferiority complexes into their minds. Now all
their mischievousness stands exposed. There are many other examples of
women’s exploitation. According to the laws of France, women were not
allowed to ascend the throne. In the days of Manu, husbands would beat
their wives with a shoe, but today one would resent it and protest
against it.” (2)
Power of toadyness & Didi Ananda Narayanii
#4: The previous sectorial GV was Didi Ananda Narayani and she
was also cooking for and serving Dadas in order to gain their favour.
Didi Ananda Narayani was even collecting donations (soap, dal, rice et)
from margiis in the name of children’s home, and GV Didi Ananda Narayani
was giving all those items to Dadas in order to keep her post secure.
#5: So see the nasty nepotism that is going on. Although Didi
Ananda Narayanii knew nothing about Sadguru Baba's philosophy still she
was made Wt trainer in the Philippines. That was a few years back. But
here the point is that this is such a responsible post, but Ananda
Narayanii did not know Guru’s teachings nor did she know English. Even
if you asked Didi Ananda Narayanii to explain yama and niyama in Hindi,
she was completely incapable of replying. Yet Didi Ananda Narayani got
the very prestigious post of Wt trainer - all because she acted as an
obedient pawn of those corrupt Dadas. Didi’s current status has been

Ask Dadas to cook & clean for didis
By reading all this, as a bhakta you are surely sympathetic to the
horrible plight of innocent didis. So I request you to ask Dadas to cook
and clean for didis from time to time. Then Dadas will understand what
female exploitation is and how they are exploiting Didis; and also some
sycophants like Didi Ananda Piiyusa will also understand - if there is a
tinge of morality left in her. She should be made to understand how she
is suppressing and repressing junior Didis and ruining their psyche.
Those junior didi should not suffer from an inferiority complex as if
they were born for the sole purpose of being a servant of males their
whole life.
We should not forget that around the globe and especially in India, the
general society is male-dominated. And this is the cause of countless
tragedies and injustices to females. Sadguru Baba created Ananda Marga
to root out the degrading and exploitative sentiment that males are
superior. But unfortunately, amongst our very own senior Wts this
disease of male dominance is in full glory. It is firmly embedded in the
psyche of top Wts. In that case, the solution is for family margiis to
support the cause and rescue Didis from this misery.

Inferiority injected over hundreds of years
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, “Repression directly affects the
subconscious mind. Gradually the psychic structure is severely damaged,
and finally the mind is totally changed. The result is that people are
inflicted with a defeatist psychology and an inferiority complex. Let me
give you an example. The headmaster of a Harijan school once asked a
student to fetch him some drinking water, but the boy did not move.
Instead he asked a non-Harijan friend in a low voice to do as the
headmaster requested. But the headmaster intervened and asked the boy
why he would not comply with the request. The student replied, “Sir, I
am an untouchable by caste. How can you drink water touched by me?” This
is an example of how repression can bring about a change in the psychic
structure. This psychology has prevailed in India for a long time. A
so-called low caste man will refuse to give you a tumbler of water out
of fear because the feeling of inferiority built up over hundreds of
years has been injected into his mind. For centuries so-called low caste
people have lived a life of humiliation and insult, and consequently
their minds have become inert. Tragically, they accept this condition as
the result of their fate.” (3)
Do’s and don’ts + conduct rules for all Wts / Didis
You may have seen that many of the actions that Didi Ananda Piiyusa
imposes on others and many of the actions that Dadas accept are fully
rejected and condemned by Ananda Marga rules and regulations and
contrary to the conduct rules for Wts.
Here are Sadguru Baba’s guidelines for all wholetimer Dadas and Didis of the Marga.
- WT Conduct Rule: "You will protect yourself from sexual weakness and luxury." (WT Conduct Rules, Fourteen Points, pt #12)
- WT Conduct Rule: "One should not look at the face of the opposite sex
except at the time of nursing [administering medical care]." (37 Workers
Rules, pt #15)
Note: The above conduct rule contains an exception. Here is the
explanation. Suppose there is an accident and the injured party is of
the opposite sex; the patient has a wound on their face, and a Wt is on
the scene to help. When serving the patient of the opposite sex and
tending to their wound, that Wt will have to look at their face in order
to offer the requisite care needed. Outside of this circumstance, there
is no need for any wholetimer to look at the face of the opposite sex.
That is why the rule is that if a Wt is talking with the opposite sex
then they will look towards the ground and not the face of the opposite
sex.
- WT Conduct Rule: "Avadhuta / Avadhutika shall treat every woman of the world...as mother." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, pt #11)
- WT Conduct Rule: "Avadhuta / Avadhutika must not remain in a lonely place with any female." (32 Rules for Avadhuta, pt #13)
The letter, word, and spirit of Guru’s guidelines are that there must be
clear and cordial separation between male Wts and female Wts - between
members of the opposite sex. This is highly important to have a
successful and thriving Wt cadre.
- WT Conduct Rule: “Supervisory workers will have to take proper care of
each of their supervised stuff in all respects.” (Six Additional Rules,
Point #2)
- WT Conduct Rule: Supervisory workers will have to keep care that each
of their supervised workers is properly utilized.” (Six Additional
Rules, Point #6)
Their current standing
(A) Ananda Piiyusa is global secretary of GV.
(B) Ananda Narayani was posted to Manila sector four years ago but she
fractured her leg. So she was brought back to Delhi ashram for rest and
recovery. Then Ananda Danavrata posted her to Coimbatore.
(C) Ananda Subrata is RSL Kathmandu (Nepal), and unfortunately is now suffering from cancer.
(D) Ananda Liina is an area level GV worker.
