Each and every month, Wt Trainer Didi Ananda Madhuriima of Bengaluru (also called Bangalore) collects a huge amount of extra money from margiis and the general public. Side by side, there is a pile of “extra” money; and, Didiji diverts that black money to her laokik family. In this way, she “cooks the books.” That’s to say she tailors her accounting to her own agenda and dealings, but Rudrananda does not mind due to their unholy alliance. So Rudrananda overlooks the fact that Didi is embezzling Ananda Marga money to financially support her parents and all her laokik brothers and sisters so they need not work. Countless Ananda Marga donations are re-routed to Didiji’s laokik family. And in exchange, Rudrananda receives a large cut of the pie.

Embezzlement of margii donations
That is how in just a few short years Didi Ananda Madhuriima was able to arrange a large, luxury house for her worldly family in Vaishali and also Ranchi. Prior, they had no money of any consequence, and now suddenly that family is rolling in the riches and living in the lap of luxury. Along with their mansion they have an automobile and other extravagant commodities. This would have been unheard of if Didiji had not embezzled and diverted maximum monies to them.
The Wts know about this situation, but their hands are tied and they never raise their voice about it. Good Wts are frustrated and suffocated by what is going on, but in fear of retribution they dare not speak out. And corrupt Wts play “copy cat” and emulate what Didi is doing - i.e. embezzle Ananda Marga funds / donations and send them to their laokik family. So this situation is spreading. The absolutely worst part is that Wts stitch their mouth shut around margiis. They refuse to give margiis a glimpse of what is occurring.

Conclusion: operative factor
The operative theory amongst corrupt Wts is that: Just as thieves have an inner pact and never rat each other out, similarly, regardless of what nonsense is going on, corrupt Wts never tell margiis the truth about another Wt for fear that that will ruin the respect of all Wts. So no matter what is going on they do not tell the family margiis. That is the unwritten code of the Wt cadre. It is similar to the mafia rule of omerta - stone silence. Thus if any margii asks a Wt, they will merely say that everything is rosy. So it is a vicious cycle. The organisation is riddled with corruption within and corrupt Wts are unwilling to talk about it. This perpetuates the cycle as uninformed margiis give money to corrupt purodhas thereby unknowingly feeding the cycle of corruption and embezzlement.

According to Ananda Marga teachings if a donation is given to some fake persons and that donation is misused then the donor is also responsible. Baba has directed us in the chapter on Tapah in "A Guide to Human Conduct" that if donated money is not utilized for a just and worthy cause, then the donor is also responsible for that misdeed(s). The donor will incur negative samskaras - that is Baba's strict warning. Thus, always be alert that your donation does not go in the wrong hand.
Ananda Marga philosophy guides us, "Tapah devoid of knowledge is bound to be misused. The opportunists will misuse your energy by extracting work from you to serve their selfish ends, and at the same time this will deprive the real sufferers of their due services from you. A rich miser approaches you with a tale of woe and entreats you to give him relief. Being moved with pity, if you do what is needed to relieve him of his suffering, the very purpose of tapah will be defeated, as it is without any knowledge or reasoning. The end result of your service will be that the rich man whom you have served will become more miserly and more selfish and will, in the future, try to deceive in a greater way people who dedicate themselves to the service of humanity. Secondly, as you will, to some extent, know his inner motive, you will become mentally depressed and you will also develop a hostile attitude towards him. Therefore, while following the principle of tapah you should ascertain fully well whether the person you are going to serve, really needs your service. Only then should you engage yourself in service...Therefore, you will have to ascertain with discrimination where your responsibility lies and to what extent; otherwise all your time, energy and labour employed in tapah will be in vain...because in such cases you do not make the proper use of objects." (A Guide to Human Conduct, Tapah Chapter)
We should all pay heed to Baba's above guideline about tapah and serving others. If our donations do not reach the right person or party, then we ourselves are to be held accountable. If we fail to ensure that our donation is used to serve those in need, then that service or donation is meaningless. And those kind-hearted donors are responsible - in part - for this impropriety.
How Didi Danu / Danavrata black deeds
Didi Ananda Danavrata - a.k.a. “Didi Danu” - is an absolute tail-wagger of Rudrananda, & co-sleeper of Madhuvrat. To indoctrinate those trainees, Didi Da'nu calls them on Skype from her top posting in Centre, and brainwashes them about the false greatness of Rudrananda. By this brainwashing, those naive trainees are led to think that Rudrananda is the best and top bhakta in Ananda Marga and that they (those trainees) should support Rudrananda implicitly. By this way Didi Da'nu achieved top WWD post, i.e. post of top feetlicker of Rudrananda.

WT conduct rules on black money
By the above tactics, they have certainly contravened Guru's teachings and conduct rules on black money. Following are Baba's mandates for wholetime workers:
- Wt conduct rule: "No worker can keep unaccounted money (black money) with him." (Wt Conduct: Six Additional Rules, pt# 1a)
- Wt conduct rule: "Each worker will separately maintain the clear account of receipt and expenditure of his personal allowance and organizational money." (Wt Conduct: Six Additional Rules, pt# 1b)
- Wt conduct rule: "Whenever supervisory worker so desires, the worker is to give the proper account of expenditure tallying with the cash at their disposal." (Wt Conduct: Six Additional Rules, pt# 1c)
- Wt conduct rule: "Each amount of collection should be deposited properly and drawn after submitting requisition." (Wt Conduct: Six Additional Rules, pt# 1d)
- Wt conduct rule: "Proper vouchers are to be maintained for each item of expenditure." (Wt Conduct: Six Additional Rules, pt# 1e)

Flattery is religious dogma
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "Is it possible to attain liberation by such entreaties or flattery? Liberation means freedom from the bondage of slavery. It is never attained by flattery. Powerful people are greatly appeased by the entreaties and flattery of cowards, and might grant certain concessions or favours, but would never grant complete freedom. Dominion status may be granted, but the attainment of complete independence remains a far cry away. Thus, in order to attain salvation, to establish the reign of complete independence, a spiritual aspirant will have to fight against Avidyámáyá." (1)
In Prabhat Samgiita, the bhakta is asking Parama Purusa for His closeness and more bhakti; the sadhaka is asking for His grace. This, however, has nothing to do with flattery. In Baba's below guideline from Ananda Sutram, it is clear that the flattery - as done in the dogmatic religions - is when one praises the Lord in hopes of winning Him over so He will satisfy your mundane wish. That is flattery as presented in the below sutra.
3-11. Pra´rthana´rcana´ ma´traeva bhramamu´lam.
Purport: It is useless to pray to God for something, for He is sure to give what is necessary. Solicitation or importunity in the name of worship is nothing but toadyism and flattery.
In stark contrast, when the bhakta is asking Parama Purusa for more bhakti, then that is parabhakti - not flattery.
