standard is that both men and women should be properly covered in
public. Bare-arms, skin-tight clothing, and revealing garments are not
allowed in a tantric society. To dress in such a manner is to be
obscene. Some raised in materialistic areas may think the below female

Sexual overtone
Please see the following image captured from an AM website. The actresses are displaying kaos’ikii,
but one highly problematic issue is that these females all have bare
underarms. Sadly, the Wts misguided them to remove their joint hair for
this video. Those Wts hand-picked younger, svelte dancers and instructed
them to wear sleeveless, pseudo-culture tops etc. It is shameful how
those Dadas have appealed to animalistic propensities.
The
above image is from a video on a website that is purportedly about our
AM way of life. This video is highlighted as if this is an ideal form of
kaos’ikii / kaoshikii. However, a
highly problematic issue is the provocative depiction of the dancers
which shows them wearing sleeveless tops with their joint hair removed.
They have fully adopted pseudo-culture fashion. This is completely
against the ideals of Ananda Marga.
Note:
A few perverted people may give the bogus justification, “This is not a
lewd depiction of women.” But their minds have become fully coloured in
the degenerative ways of pseudo-culture. They have become numb to that
debased manner. That is the tragedy. Whereas true sadhakas understand
that according tenets of Ananda
Marga ideology, this type of gross presentation is sensually degrading,
toxic, and a slur against our dharmic way of life.

Dirty mind of key wts
One
of the most disturbing aspects of this depiction is that new sadhakas
who watch this video will think that it is perfectly alright to cut the
joint hair and wear alluring dress as the young actresses dancing
kaos’ikii have done. Some others who might have read about Ananda Marga
guidelines may find it hypocritical that one of the main websites of
AMPS does not subscribe to Ananda Marga ideals. Therefore, this video
should be immediately be replaced with a proper depiction of kaos’ikii.
Sadguru Baba has given the teachings of Ananda Marga ideology to
eradicate pseudo-culture and establish neo-humanism, but some worthless
wts are doing just the opposite. It is shameful.
Work of sexually weak wts
The
organisers are sexually perverted and weak, and are just projecting
their own lust. Sadly their minds hover around those lower cakras and
degrading propensities. By this image it is very clear that those
in-charges are debased creatures locked in a sexual dungeon. Their
psyche is bleak and dirty. After coming into AMPS, their filthy mind
could not grow. They are just spreading their gunk in our AM society.
The Wts who did this are lowly and shameless. There would be no
objection if they were doing this privately in their own name etc, but
they are doing this lewd portrayal in the name of Ananda Marga.
Conclusion
This
is the transitional period: On the one side there is darkness, and on
the other side truth-seekers are looking for a great ideology and ideal
conduct. By seeing this display of pseudo-culture, good people will
think that Ananda Marga is also some cheap branch of Hollywood yoga.
Earnest people will run away and look elsewhere.

our Ananda Marga society, there should not be the slightest bit of
sexual overtones in any of our dealings or activities. Some immersed in a
debased mentality are polluting our AMPS. This is the tragic situation.

Stand of Ananda Marga philosophy on this dirt & filth
Ananda
Marga philosophy states, “Many people complain that a major part of
modern literature is full of the whimperings of cheap erotic love. I
cannot but agree with their complaint. Such allegations can be brought
not only in the sphere of literature but in every sphere of art. After
seeing Bombay-made films it seems as though the youth in our society has
nothing better to do than to busy itself with so-called love – as
though every college girl of every respectable community is engaged in
amorous escapades, throwing all decency and decorum to the wind. In fact
the mentality of those artists and sáhityikas who only depict this type
of situation is completely inert like that of a eunuch.” (2)

Ananda Marga Caryacarya says, “The body hair should never be cut, especially in the armpit and pubic region.” (3)
Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “Do not cut the hair of the joints of the body.” (4)
Bábá
has pointed out in numerous places the importance of joint hair. This
has a significant effect on the glands and hence on the mind. Just
consider this: Baba has given 16 guidelines for one’s all round progress
in the Sixteen Points, and one of those guidelines is exclusively about
not cutting the joint hair. This is itself demonstrates the great
importance of this issue.
Ananda
Marga philosophy states, “Joint hair grows near lymphatic glands in the
armpits and leg joints. If this hair is removed, then the lymphatic
glands tend to overheat, causing over-secretion, and this in turn
decreases the function of thyroid and parathyroid glands. There is an
inverse relation between the lymphatic glands and thyroid and
parathyroid glands: if one is more active then the other is less
developed and it becomes weak. For this reason, the join hair should not
be removed.” (5)
There is a direct relation between joint hair
and the functioning of glandular system. If this point about non-removal
of joint hair is ignored then it is direct invitation to various
somato-psychic diseases.
In this video, it can be clearly seen
that the actresses are very sincerely trying to perform kaos’ikii. They
are innocently following the instructions of the organizing Wts. It was
the duty of those instructors (ác’aryas) to teach them properly. Instead
those Wts indoctrinated these innocent actresses into materialistic,
alluring, western pseudo-culture.

Against social code
Ananda
Marga Caryacarya states, "While going out of their house, women should
wear simple and decent clothes and cover their bodies properly." (6)
For
such group events like collective kaoshikii, women have to come out of
their house. Therefore, they should follow above dress norms written in
Caryacarya and properly cover themselves.
Delete this video & replace it
Guru’s
order is not to cut the joint hair for the overall well-being. Yet this
website depicts these video actresses wearing sleeveless tops with
their joint hair shaved, as per pseudo-culture fashion. So this
kaos’ikii video sets a negative example and gives viewers the wrong
teaching. The actresses performing in the video are merely following the
instructions of the acrayas. Those dancers are basically oblivious of
their wrongdoing. The main culprits are the instructors / Wts who are
the cause of this sin. Multimedia is a powerful tool. If the message is
good it can reach a large number of people and have a positive impact.
On the other hand, if the message is negative it can do substantial
harm. The website moderators should delete this video and replace it
with a proper one.

Baba,
O’ Parama Purusa, I am searching for You on paths, trails, streets,
forest lanes, mountains, and riverbanks. I have looked for You in
various so-called holy lands - Varanasi, Puri, Mecca, Rome, Jerusalem,
as well as in the caves of treacherous mountains. And I also went to
dogmatic, religious places and so-called Jain=so called= tiirthas, and
other so-called holy places like Ananda Nagar, Tiljala, and Jamalpur.
But, unfortunately, I could not find You anywhere. I searched for You
through karma and jinana yoga. O’ Lord, I long to see You with my full
heart’s satiation.
But, alas, O’ Parama Purusa, You did not meet
me anywhere; I did not see You face to face. The swing of samvit in my
mind never arises. Walking continuously, performing rituals mindlessly,
like a machine, I called You while weeping through a stream of ceaseless
tears.
Baba, due to my profuse crying I became miserable.
Covering my eyes with cloth, I have performed religious fasting,
penance, and countless rituals. Sadly, the Entity for whom all these
preparations were done, and the One for whom all these rituals were
performed, I never searched for Him within my mind, where He is sitting
and smiling...
