By this way they execute their nefarious sinful deeds.
How depraved Wts get central post
When Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda perceives weakness in a particular Wt - i.e. such as when a Wt falls into an illicit relation etc - then he brings that worker into a top central post, or places them on a board or in central committee. This is how Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda begins to exploit that worker’s weakness to generate loyalty.

For instance, if a particular Wt is characterless and involved in illicit affairs, then that worker becomes a prime candidate to be invited into Rudrananda’s inner circle. Then Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda can easily control and manipulate that worker. Using that worker’s illicit relations as leverage, Rudrananda / can get that Wt to do his nefarious work.
So in place of demoting or punishing a characterless Wt in an attempt to make them a better human being, he gives that worker the green light to continue on in their depraved dealing. In exchange, Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda demand the undying loyalty of that characterless worker. And that depraved worker knows that they must fulfill all the “check-boxes” of loyalty to their boss, otherwise that worker will be left unprotected and their misdealings will be exposed in front of all. That is the “leverage” that Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda employs to get loyalists to do their nefarious work. Characterless Wts are completely under the thumb of Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda. These characterless Wts have no limits so they get the top posts.
2nd grade of earthworm loyal Wts
Other types of loyalists also rise into Centre and gain stature in the organisation. Such Wts “earn their wings” by licking the boots of Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda with their meek, spineless, and passive nature. They quietly execute all the dirty things that are asked of them. Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda always have a handful of such Wts at their disposal. Those meek Wts will follow each and every dirty order of Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda. Though these meek and stooge workers will not involve in heinous, anti-social crime with their arms directly. But with their ill-begotten authority they will sign off on sinful work and get it done by others. That is why they get good postings, but not key posts in Centre. They will never be GS, PA, COS, ISMUB Secy etc. They will get more of the token type of posts, not executive posts. Those posts are reserved for lewd wts. So these meek types of Wts are a half-step down from those characterless Wts.

While this batch of spineless workers perform within a limited range of activities, they can be entrusted with indirect sinful work of befooling margiis, making them cowards, signing off on nefarious works without argument or incident.
One benefit for Wts Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda having these meek and stooge Wts is that they (meek Wts) bring a clout of seniority and so-called legitimacy that is impressive in the eyes of margiis. By this way they are able to befool certainly cowardly margiis.

What loyal sycophant Wts have to do
Essentially, dirty work means blindly and obediently doing the seedy, illegal, gruesome, and sometimes lethal acts that your bosses and higher authorities request. Both Rudrananda and Sarvatmananda regularly resort to such ordering such activities to keep people in-line and maintain their power.

Here is how this translates into practical, daily dealings. The following list of regular duties is expected from those debauched Wts who have been selected and rewarded for being a loyalist to Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda.
[#01] Sign off on illegal punishment posting transfer orders for any designated Wt, regardless of the calibre of their work and adherence to 16 Points.
[#02] Take away the Wt-ship, acaryaship, avadhutaship, or purodhaship of any Wt as per their bosses order. Verbally abuse innocent wts and humiliate them in front of all, and expel innocent Wts or margiis
[#03] When Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda sells Ananda Marga land / property then follow Rudrananda’s order to spread false messages to the margiis in order to save his prestige. If there is any questioning or uproar by margiis, then the duty of those loyalists is to appease and pacify margiis by spreading bogus words as divine truth.
[#04] According to Rudrananda’s order, tell false things to margiis in order to collect huge money and direct those funds elsewhere.
[#05] According to Rudrananda’s order, stooges must blindly sign off on worthless persons who become acaryas, avadhutas, etc as well as who are appointed to various boards and given voting rights.
[#06] Willingly do injustice to innocent margiis and wts according to Rudrananda’s order. They may be ordered to verbally abuse innocent wts and humiliate them in front of all - in order to set an example to others.

[#07] When reviewing the tour programs [TP] of various Wts they will obediently follow the order of their bosses so if those supervisor want to harass a particular worker then those stooges will not sign off on that Wt’s TP in order to keep them under house arrest, even if that Wt is a genuine and dedicated worker.
[#08] At various camps like VSS etc, they will mete out corporal punishment on those whom their bosses do not like.
[#09] On Rudrananda’s behalf, those loyal sycophants will verbally assault, physically abuse, and even expel those workers who speak out against injustices within the organisation.
[#10] Such loyal sycophants humiliated, punished, and abused the good BP and stripped him of his post. Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda never indulges in such things directly but rather gets it done via his sycophants. He knows they are ever-ready to follow his order in this regard, no matter how unjust it is.
[#11] If someone opposes or exposes all these dirty things then upon the order of Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda the sycophants will seek out and punish that individual(s).
[#12] They will traverse the planet to pacify and befool margiis on any issue by delivering some sugar-coated, false message. So if land selling is going on, in the name of satya, those stooges will speak all kinds of self-serving and bogus things.
These are some of the endless array of dirty works carried out by Rudrananda’s loyalist sycophants based on Rudrananda’s order. They will do anything and everything to make life hellish for any Wt or margii who doesn’t follow Rudrananda / Sarvatmananda. Because of the unjust and sinful actions of Rudrananda’s sycophants, many new wts and margiis leave AMPS and never come back again. Lifeless PP is just a doll.

Sold their soul
All told, such stooges do not have their own soul - in place of that there is just garbage. Otherwise how can one go against and even obliterate their own conscience. Just as hardened criminals no longer feel any shame or worry about committing nefarious acts, similarly those loyal stooges are not concerned by their own wrongdoing and sin. As the Taraka Brahma, Baba created loyalty around the tenets of a great ideology. That is the way a Great Personality makes loyal followers: He inspires them to adhere to a high ideal. They are willing to do and do for that ideal. That is the way loyalty has been made in our Ananda Marga.
Not the same nowadays in AMPS
Unfortunately, loyalty within the upper echelon of the organisation AMPS is no longer based on a high ideal - but rather something else. In so many cases we see loyalty measured and proven by executing nefarious sinful acts.

Their black pact: self-serving for both parties
Here is how loyalty is born and a pact is made. A group leader sets the cycle in motion by having his close people approach a depraved worker. The top leader himself says nothing; his message is carried indirectly via others. Such agents tell that fallen worker that, "The margiis have complained about your dealings; everyone wants to expose you. But we will save you - if you pledge your loyalty - i.e. do and die mentality - to our group. If you act according to our direction and support our agenda - and show a willingness to carry out all kinds of heinous orders by our leaders - then we will pardon and protect you."
The underlying threat is that if that Wt is not perfectly loyal and obedient and unwilling to do the needed dirty work, then that group leader will make the illicit affairs of that Wt known to all margiis. The basic slogan is, "Do what you like sexually, remain loyal to our leadership, and strictly follow the organisational channels etc, and we will support you and grant you shelter."
In turn, the Wt who is plunged in an illicit affair(s) feels quite obliged to that group leader. The bosses know exactly how that worker has indulged in sin and misbehaved, i.e. with whom, where, and how often etc. But via his messengers that group leader merely says, "Don't worry, you are free to do as you like, I will support you." In exchange, that depraved worker understands that he should remain perfectly loyal to the group and actively try to bring more into the fold.
The culprit thinks, "My boss is saving me and I should pay him back." This is the unwritten pact that is made. It is self-serving for both parties. The depraved worker gets permission to indulge more yet remain in good standing, and the group leader gets a loyal indentured servant, i.e. someone ready to do and die for him - and carry out all sorts of nefarious orders.

How criminal gangs create loyal members
With gangs the approach is very simple and straightforward. They are constantly creating pressure of circumstances to lure in and entrap new members. In that case the gang leader orders prospective members to commit heinous crimes: Rape, murder, etc. That is the minimum qualification for becoming a full-fledged gang member.
By this way, the gang leaders have "dirt" on that individual and hence can control him. By "dirt", it means that the gang leaders have something hanging over that person's head. Because if that gang leader reveals or divulges the crime that person committed, then they will be in big trouble - with competing street gangs, with the police.
Such threats of getting killed are hanging over the head of the new gang member. Hence, that new person will remain loyal in self interest to the gang lest they report him to the police etc. Or that gang might mercilessly beat or even kill him if he does not remain true. So that is how loyalty means involving in nefarious and sinful dealings by order of that gang leader. That is how loyalty is imposed in gangs.

Note: Here above Shrii Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar is pointing out the psychic defect of capitalists. They amass a huge amount of material wealth by exploiting others and justify their haul by inviting everyone else to do the same. Yet, the material objects of this world are finite. So their justification has no merit. It is not possible for each and every person to accumulate a huge amount of wealth, i.e. far more than they need. Ultimately these capitalists exploiters have to be cured of their mental disease. The solution is to divert the minds away from material wealth and towards the psycho and spiritual realms.
