Baba
Namaskar,
In tantra, respect and reverence for the Sadguru is everything. Without that, there is nothing left. So in each and every circumstance we should take the utmost care with regards to the sanctity of Baba’s photo.
Ananda Marga Caryacarya says, “You shall protect, in all respects and at all costs...the sanctity of the pratikrti [photo] of Márga Guru.” (1)
But unfortunately, the organisers at this recent gathering were sleeping on the job. They allowed someone to approach Baba’s photo wearing street shoes, i.e. the very shoes that are worn on the dirty street.
Look at the below photo. The man in military garb along the right side of the photo is wearing shoes when standing in front of Baba’s photo.. And the worst part is that the organisers failed to teach him the proper method. If he had been properly guided by the organisers, this mistake surely would not have occurred.
Note: Everyone knows that to protect the sanctity of Baba’s photo His image should not be displayed on the web, that is why we have cropped the below image.

The point should be crystal-clear to one and all and strictly followed. One must not be allowed to offer flowers to Baba’s pratikriti [photo] wearing shoes, sandals, boots etc, regardless of who they are. Rather, with respect and humility, one should be barefoot before Baba’s photo.
